野田市国際交流協会では、留学生の皆様を対象にホームステイのイベントを開催します。
日本人のご家庭に1泊2日滞在いただき日本文化を体験していただける機会を提供いたします。

ホームステイ開催日時 2024年8月3日（土）、4日（日）
★ウェルカムパーティー
日時：8月3日（土）10:30-12:30
場所：野田市中央公民館１階会議室
・留学生とホストファミリーのマッチング
・ホストファミリーや参加者との交流
・軽食あり
※当日10:00に国際交流協会スタッフが野田市駅にお迎えに行きます。
★おどりパレード ※参加は任意です。
日時：8月3日（土）16:30-21:00予定
浴衣を着用し、国際交流協会のスタッフと「おどりパレード」にて野田踊りを行います。
※留学生が着る浴衣は国際交流協会が用意します。
※浴衣の着付けは国際交流協会スタッフが行います。
「おどりパレード」後 浴衣を回収いたします。
着替えが終わった方から解散となりますので、ホストファミリーとご帰宅ください。
8月4日（日）
ホストファミリーと過ごしていただき、16：00までに東武アーバンパークラインの最寄り駅にてホストファミリーとお別れになります。

One day homestay program
Thank you for considering the 1-day Home Stay Program with the Noda International Association (NIA). The program offers foreign students a unique opportunity to experience Japanese culture from a different perspective by staying overnight with a Japanese host family.
Date of the program: August 3rd (Sat) - 4th (Sun), 2024
List of Activities:
1. Welcome Party Date: August 3rd (Sat) @ 10:30-12:30
○ Venue: Conference room on the 1st floor of Noda Central Community Center
i. Meet your host family
ii. Interact with all participants
iii. Snacks will be served
○ NIA’s staff will pick you up at Nodashi Station at 10:00 AM.
2. Odori Parade *Participation is completely optional (Free of charge)
3. Date: August 3rd (Sat) @ 16:30-21:00 (approx.)
○ Please arrive at Kofu-Kaikan (興風会館) between 16:00 to 17:00
○ Wear a Yukata (Japanese traditional summer wear) to participate in the Odori Parade(traditional Japanese dance parade) alongside NIA’s staff.
○ Yukatas will be provided by NIA
○ NIA’s staff will assist you in wearing the Yukata
○ After the event, NIA’s staff will collect your Yukata. Please spend time with your host family thereafter.
4. Stay with your host family
○ Enjoy your time with your host family
○ When your stay is concluded, your host family will accompany you to the nearest station of the Tobu Urban Park Line by 16:00.
